Betty has lived and worked in Prince George since 1969 and specifically in the Real Estate field since1986. Her management background includes commercial property management, multi family, single family, strata and appointment by the Courts as a receiver. She has also been appointed to the BC Assessment Review Panel and has a contract to administer the BC Building Corporations bare land strata properties. She is a corporate member of the Condominium Home Owner’s Association of BC and the Downtown Business Improvement Association. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Property Manager and Strata Manager. Betty is an active member of the Prince George community promoting growth in the Central Interior and works diligently to that end. She believes in a company that runs on integrity, professionalism and outstanding customer service.

MJ was raised in Prince George. She graduated from DP Todd, spent two years at the College of New Caledonia and then went off to SFU to complete her degree. She spent a number of years on Vancouver Island working for Coca-Cola Bottling Ltd. after which she moved to Toronto for a career change. Chatelaine Magazine published an article regarding this move. She brings a wealth of experience from her work with companies such as Coca-Cola, Nike, Estee Lauder, MAC Cosmetics, and Winners. She has her professional designation in Logistics P.Log.
She began her course work in March 2007 while on maternity leave and within 6 months obtained her Property Management, Strata Management and Real Estate licenses. She is very excited to be living and working back in her home town of Prince George where she plans to raise her son Andrew and eventually take on the business.
She has been involved in her community by volunteering with Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Rotaract and Rotary which she enjoys tremendously. She facilitates Mastermind groups and provides leadership mentoring to young people in business.
She is currently the Chair of the Prince George Montessori Education Society and a board member of The Child Development Centre. Educating our children is critical to prepare them for the future.

Amanda assists Betty & MJ in the day to day management of the business. Whether it's answering the phones, preparing strata documents, assisting clients, or un-jamming the photocopier, Amanda is there with her quick, friendly service and a smile. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys cycling, hiking, watching the Canucks, writing songs about her coworkers, reading (ask her what she is reading or feel free to recommend something!), and watching movies, especially Horror and Sci-Fi. She loves animals, and is known for taking care of stray cats around the neighbourhood, as well as her own cat and two green anoles. Originally from St. John's, Newfoundland, Amanda has called Prince George "Home" since 1992.

Anneliese specializes in residential sales and purchases, although she has also dabbled in commercial sales and is continuously expanding her knowledge about all aspects of real estate.

Andrew is the youngest team member at Pace. He is responsible for keeping up the morale in the office. He also assists Grandma Betty & Mom MJ in the day to day operation of the company. Andrew enjoys learning about the business and hopes to run his Grandmother's property management company some day.
